House Rules

By booking your stay at Grosvenor West Apartments, you agree to the following house rules:

No pets
No smoking in or on the property
No marijuana, cannabis or illegal drugs
No parties or events
If you damage something, you agree to replace it
Remove shoes when inside your apartment
Respect the city noise by-law (quiet hours begin at 11pm)
Respect renters in the adjacent unit
Clean up after yourself (eg. wash your dishes and put trash in the garbage can)
For safety and security purposes, photo ID must be provided in advance electronically

Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in
Cancellations with less than 7 days notice will be issued a full refund minus a cancellation fee equalling 25% of your original total

Your hosts are your friendly neighbours and live next door. Do not hesitate to reach out by a call, text, or a friendly knock or if you need anything – we’re here to help
Temperature for the entire building is regulated at constant levels – let us know if you require adjustments
Our apartments are not baby or toddler-proof so we ask that you keep a close eye on little ones who may be accompanying you. If you need any additional items for children (such as a pack and play), please let us know and we’ll do our best to help
Overnight street parking is permitted from May 1st-Oct 31st according to city by-laws. From November 1st to April 30th, ensure your vehicle is parked in the driveway by 1am to avoid a ticket
Basement access and use is for the hosts only

Your welcome package will have a booklet listing these house-rules if you need to refer to them again during your stay.
